Why it's on the list
Due to the Jimny being very limited in space, packing weight always has to be taken into account before road tripping. This little aluminium stool/table ticks all the boxes: small, lightweight & compact.

Stafross Tri Camp Stand
Stafross Tri Camp Stand
ESTIMATED PRICE
R630.00
Status: STILL NEEDED
Why it's on the list
Nicole & I love a good skottle, often being spontaneous & just taking a drive out, finding a new random location & firing up. We have even skottled in the suburbs of Salt Rock, on the side of the tar road, mainly because there was a fantastic view. The locals absolutely loved it & just wanted to join – runners stopped & joined in.
With that in mind, we always find ourselves doing the gas-bottle levelling dance, which can be challenging at times depending on the venue.
This little tripod will completely mitigate any of those issues, ensuring the skottle is always perfectly level & all the yummy juices & flavours sit in the middle.

Lumeo High-Back Chair (x2)
ESTIMATED PRICE
R1,299.00 each · we need 2 (R2,598.00 total)
Status: STILL NEEDED
Why it's on the list
Not much to say here other than we're looking for a decent, comfortable, lightweight camping chair to rest the weary legs after a long day out & about. Our current chairs have taken a bit of a hammering over the last few years.
Also, with Nicole suffering from back & hip issues from time to time, a decent chair will do her well.

Power & Cooling
Power & Cooling
Off-grid power and proper cold storage so we can stay out longer and keep creating on the move.
EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max Portable Power Station
EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max Portable Power Station
ESTIMATED PRICE
R10,199.00 · bundle incl. 160W solar panel
Status: STILL NEEDED
Why it's on the list
As we often find ourselves camping in remote locations, more often than not, power is limited.
Currently, we have a few power banks which just get us by; however, these are only good for cellphones, LED string lights, headlamps etc.
Having a power station with a solar panel will truly be a game changer, as we could then charge our laptops, helping us to create content on the move.

38 L Safari Chiller
38 L Safari Chiller
ESTIMATED PRICE
R3,299.95
Status: STILL NEEDED
Why it's on the list
As we often find ourselves camping in remote locations, keeping food cool/frozen is a necessity &, currently, it's a challenge. We do have a large cooler box which gets us by... mostly. However, let's just say I think it's time for it to retire.
We are looking for a cooler box that can help keep things cool for longer periods, removing the need to plan our stops around which locations have ice.

Trail-ready tools and the upgrades that unlock bigger adventures for Sexy Rexy.
Terratac Pathfinder Multi-Tool
Terratac Pathfinder Multi-Tool
ESTIMATED PRICE
R1,997.00
Status: STILL NEEDED
Why it's on the list
This one is purely for Armin. He has wanted a Leatherman for years; however, Terratac has become their competition & is proudly South African.
My (Nicole's) bush-boy (Armin) does need a reliable multi-tool that he can use to solve niggly issues that arise while out in the wild.

Suzuki Jimny Gen 3 Towbar Kit
Suzuki Jimny Gen 3 Towbar Kit
ESTIMATED PRICE
R4,750.00
Status: STILL NEEDED
Why it's on the list
With the Jimny being limited in space, we do want to invest in a second-hand trailer for future adventures, allowing us to take some more, let's say, luxury items with us. We're also planning on then installing a rooftop tent.
But first, we will need the towbar.
