So I bought this double sleeping bag before I took my then girlfriend (wife to be) to thee coldest camping experience we have had to date, namely Sabie (See our Explore page). It is not made for arctic conditions, however, it boosts romanticism, and a permanent item in our camping arsenal.

Before we had the awning, we used this guy:  it was a fantastic MacGyver job. We also have used it as a ground cover for all the thorns, not its main use but sufficient. Value for money, I do believe it’s a good, affordable buy.

This is one of our best investments ever. We have driven through thunderstorms and as we arrive at our destination, there isn't a drop inside. The clips can  be flimsy if you don't open it in sequence, however the company does supply them individually, should you break one or two after a few toots.

Rule of thumb when buying a tent, 1 person plus 1 bag/equipment = 2 person tent. Therefore we got this 4 sleeper. We have been super chuffed with this purchase. However, you need to ensure all the guidelines are installed/pegged on the flysheet as dew will pass through.

This is an amazing little mattress, truly packs small, especially for the Jimny where space is limited. Putting two mattresses together for couple cuddling is great…however, the buttons are gimmicky and need refining. A few times, trying to cuddle, Nicole or myself have landed up sleeping on the floor because the beds split. Lumeo, contact me for some practical redesigning advise.
